National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat - Min. of Tourism & Antiquities

CAIRO – 11 April 2021: The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat received thousands of Egyptian and foreign visitors on April 9, 10, to visit the Central Exhibition Hall that was inaugurated during the reception of the Pharaohs’ Golden Parade on April 3.

 

 

CEO of the Museum Authority Ahmed Ghoneim explained that the number of museum entry tickets that were sold on April 9, 10 reached 10,000 tickets, while the number of visitors reached 25,000.

 

 

This number included the visitors who were allowed to enter the museum for free, such as elderly Egyptians over the age of 60, Medical staff, individuals with special needs, public school students less than 12 years old, and students of the Faculties of Applied Arts and Fine Arts, Department of Architecture; Faculty of Engineering, Department of Architecture, and Faculty of Archeology.
