CAIRO – 31 January 2021: Al-Nakheel Real Estate Development Company intends to invest about LE 1.5 billion in a medical commercial project in the New Administrative Capital, according to the company’s chairman Emad Al-Tabakh.

 

Al-Tabakh added in a statement, Sunday, that the project is located on an area of ​​7,000 square meters, and consists of 15 floors.

 

He indicated that a comparison is underway between more than one engineering consultant and a management and operation company that specialize in managing administrative offices and clinics and others for managing the mall and stores.

 

Al-Tabakh explained that the company sought to work in the Administrative Capital to keep pace with the state’s direction towards establishing new urban communities and expanding the urban area of ​​Egypt.

 

He pointed out that the Egyptian real estate market is still the most attractive to local and foreign investments, and is a safe haven for the savings of many Egyptians.

 

The Chairman expected the new administrative capital projects to achieve a great leap in in the coming period.
