CBE: PM reforms board of directors of NBE, Banque Misr

CAIRO – 25 September 2020:  The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced on Friday that Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli issued two decrees to reform the board of directors of National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr for three years starting from September 25, 2020.

In a press release, the CBE said that the new formation includes Hisham Ahmed Mahmoud Okhasha as the chairman of the NBE board of directors and Mohamed Mahmoud Ahmed el Itriby as the chairman of the Banque Misr board of directors.
