Dollar exchange rate down at Egypt's major banks

CAIRO - 20 February 2020: The US dollar exchange maintained its downward trend during morning transactions at major banks on Thursday, registering a decline by five piasters.

At the Central Bank of Egypt, the dollar rate went down by two piasters to register LE 15.54 for buying and LE 15.64 for selling.

At the Commercial International Bank, the dollar rate decreased five piasters, recording LE 15.51 for buying and LE15.61 for selling.

At the National Bank of Egypt, the dollar rate receded four piasters, standing at LE 15.53 for buying and LE 15.63 for selling.

Meamwhile, the dollar rate dropped three piasters at the the Arab African International Bank, registering LE 15.52 for buying and LE 15.62 for selling.
