Cairo, Nov 4 (MENA) - The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced on Monday that the remittances of Egyptian expats increased by $277.1 million in July and August.
The expats' remittances rose 5.5 percent in July and August this year compared to both months last year.
The combined remittances during the two months reached $4.4 billion, up from $4.2 billion during the same period the year before, CBE detailed in a statement.
