EGX gains LE 300M

CAIRO - 4 March 2018: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) gained about 300 million pounds at the end of trading Sunday backed by purchase operations by foreign and Arab investment funds.

The EGX 30 benchmark index upped by 0.49 percent to reach 15,519.55 points.

The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SMEs) increased by 0.37 percent to reach 864.75 points.

The all-embracing EGX 100 index rose by 0.10 percent to record 2,108.16 points.
