Egyptian companies have priority in Libya's reconstruction process

CAIRO - 16 December 2017: The Egyptian companies will be given priority in the reconstruction process in Libya, Libya’s Minister of Finance at the Government of National Accord Osama Hammad said in a Saturday statement,

On the sidelines of his visit to Egypt, Hammad hailed Egypt-Libya relations, noting that President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi is keen to resolve the Libyan crisis and to maintain security and stability in the conflict-torn country, according to a statement to MENA.

The Libyan minister also affirmed his keenness to foster bilateral economic relations and to boost joint investments.

In this regard, he noted that an Egyptian-Libyan high joint committee will be formed in January 2018 in order to implement bilateral agreements between the two countries.
