Agricultural center for e-services launched

CAIRO – 30 November 2017: A center for e-services was launched at the HQ of the Ministry of Agriculture on Wednesday.

Minister of Agriculture Abdul Moneim el Bana, Minister of Military Production Mohamed el Assar, Planning Minister Hala el Saeed, and Local development Minister Hisham el Sherif witnessed the inauguration of the center.

The center equipped with high-tech communication systems would provide the farmers with accurate data and guidance.

It will be used for making agricultural reports and statistics for the ministry departments, el Bana said, adding it will support the ministry's decisions due to the availability of databases of the agriculture sector.

The center will ease communications between the ministry and the other directorates to provide them with necessary guidance, the minister added.
