CAIRO, Dec 29 (MENA) - Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes posted collective gains at the end of its last session in 2022 on Thursday, backed by purchase operations of local investors and institutions and Arab and foreign investment funds.
 
The market capital ended the year’s transactions at LE 961.2 billion.
 
The EGX 30 benchmark index was up by 0.14 percent, registering 14,598.53 points.
 
The broader EGX 70 EWI index of the leading small and mid-cap enterprises (SMEs) increased by 0.37 percent, ending at 2,801.93 points.
 
The all-embracing EGX 100 index reached 0.35 percent, closing at 4,145.5 points.
