Cabinet's IDSC: 40% increase in Egyptian exports during 2021

CAIRO - 13 December 2021: The Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) has published a new infographic highlighting the rise in Egyptian exports during 2021 (January/September), which amounted to $29.7 billion, compared to $21.2 billion during the same period in 2020.
 
Fuel and mineral oils topped the Egyptian exports during 2021 with $8.3 billion, while plastic products came in second place with $2 billion, and machinery and electrical appliances came third with $1.9 billion.
 
The G20 group came at the forefront of the international blocs receiving Egyptian exports during 2021 with 14.1 billion dollars, while the European Union came second with 9.6 billion dollars, and the Arab countries in the third place with 7.8 billion dollars.
