Egyptian embassy in Beirut urges nationals to be cautious

BEIRUT- 18 October 2019: The Egyptian embassy in Beirut on Friday urged Egyptian nationals in Lebanon to move away of any protests and to be cautious in their movements.

The embassy in a statement also urged the Egyptian nationals to follow the instructions of Lebanese authorities regarding their safety and security.

The statement included phone numbers through which the Egyptian nationals can contact the embassy in case of any emergency.

Other embassies in Lebanon have issued similar warning statements to their nationals living in Lebanon after the country has seen massive protests against bad living economic conditions.
