Russia registers 29 ceasefire violations in Syria in 24 hours

MOSCOW - 5 October 2019: The Russian side to the joint commission with Turkey tasked with monitoring the implementation of the Syrian truce has registered 29 ceasefire breaches in Syria over the past 24 hours.

The Russian side said seven violations were detected in Idlib, six in Hama, eight in Latakia and eight more in Aleppo, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement Saturday.

It added that the Russian army haven't carried out any humanitarian operations over the past 24 hours.
