Failure to solve Palestinian cause portends dire consequences

CAIRO - 20 August 2017: Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry warned Saturday that failing to find a solution to the Palestinian cause portends dire consequences for the region.

"The Palestinian cause remains the central issue for the Arab and Islamic worlds," the minister replied when questioned by MENA.

"We are keen on keeping contacts with the United States and all actors in this regard," added the minister.

He noted that a regional tour to be paid by a US delegation shows concern of President Donald Trump on the Palestinian issue.
