PM follows up on national mega projects including "Decent Life" initiative

CAIRO - 20 April 2022: The Cabinet started its weekly meeting Wednesday to discuss a number of political, economic and social files as well as the latest developments related to COVID-19 including the provision of vaccines.

It will discuss a number of draft resolutions and ministerial decisions aimed at achieving economic and social stability, encouraging investments and implementing national mega projects including the "Decent Life" initiative which aimed at developing rural areas.

It will discuss president Abdel Fattah El Sisi's directives on the importance of providing commodities for citizens in the aftermath of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.

The participants will discuss the social insurance umbrella as well as the files of developing state sectors such as health, sports, education and transport and how take care of the low-income brackets and meet the needs of citizens.
