BREAKING | Egypt appoints new army Chief of Staff

Interim President Adli Mansour issued on Thursday a decree to appoint Lieutenant Mahmoud Hijazi as Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Army to succeed Sedki Sobhi who was promoted Defence Minister.
