CAIRO - 17 March 2020: EgyptAir announced on Wednesday that it will operate three weekly flights between Cairo and Germany's Dusseldorf as of July 2.

The decision comes as part of the company's efforts to link Cairo to pivotal destinations across the globe, EgyptAir reported.

The three flights will take the total number of weekly flights between Egypt and Germany up to 19.

Pilot Rushdi Zakaria, Chairman of the Holding Company for EgyptAir, stated, "EgyptAir has formed an ambitious plan to operate its flights to cities with high tourism rates.

"EgyptAir was keen to operate its flights to four destinations within Germany, which are Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin and Dusseldorf," he added.
