Govt keen on passing bill on rights of persons with special needs

CAIRO - 3 July 2017: Minister of parliamentary affairs Omar Marwan has said the draft resolution of the persons with special needs is a constitutional right as part of article 214 of the country's constitution.

In a meeting with members of the committee of solidarity, family and persons with special needs, the minister said the government is keen on putting such constitutional right into effect.

For his part, the committee head Abdel Hady el Qasabi expressed hope for passing the bill as soon as possible.
