CAIRO - 2 July 2017: Nazih El-Naggary, the Egyptian Ambassador in Beirut, attended a conference on tourism in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region Sunday.

The conference shed light on challenges facing the travel sector in the MENA region.

Addressing the conference, Naggary said the tourism movement between Egypt and Lebanon has improved.

More than 100 flights had flown Lebanese tourists to the Egyptian Red Sea resort city of Sharm el Sheikh during Easter vacations, the diplomat said.
