US continues backing Iraqi forces against Daesh

BAGHDAD - 1 July 2017: US forces continue backing Iraqi forces in their battle against Daesh terrorist group, a US military commander announced on Saturday.

The US is seeking to help the Iraqi people to confront Daesh and supporting them in making decisions according to a joint vision, he added in statements to Sky News channel.

He added that there are many forms of support to Iraq including intelligence and information exchange about Daesh
