CAIRO - 4 December 2020: Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli said Thursday that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi was closely following up projects of developing and reclamation agricultural lands, carried out by the Egyptian Countryside Development Company.

These projects aim at establishing sustainable communities, relying on agriculture as key development driver, as well as investments in other domains.

Madbouli’s remarks came during his meeting with Electricity Minister Mohamed Shaker, Water Resources Minister Mohamed Abdel Atti, Housing Minister Assem el Gazzar, Agriculture Minister Sayyed el Quseir, and president of the Egyptian Countryside Development Company Amr Abdel Wahab.

During the meeting, Abdel Wahab explained the progress made in the 1.5 million feddan project nationwide in terms of the already cultivated and planted areas in many governorates as well as the different facilities provided to the investors.
