BAGHDAD - 1 jULY 2017: Iraqi army announced Saturday that it has recaptured Ibn Sina Hospital and the blood bank in western Mosul.

The Iraqi federal police personnel have retaken Ibn Sina Hospital and the blood bank located in western Mosul, Al Arabiya channel quoted commander of 'We are Coming Nineveh' operations Abdulamir Yaralla as saying on Saturday.

Earlier in the day, Iraq's rapid reaction forces took full control of al Shifaa district in northern Mosul as part of the final operations to uproot Daesh terrorists.
