CAIRO – 13 November 2020: Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will pay an official visit to Kuwait on Saturday to discuss a number of topics of mutual concern and bilateral relations, reported Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Anba on Friday.

The visit comes within the framework of continuous communication between the two countries to enhance bilateral relations and tackle a number of regional and international issues of common concern.

Shoukry would head to Kuwait from Riyadh on Kuwaiti airlines, the newspaper added.

On October 1, 2020, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived Thursday in Egypt back from Kuwait, after offering condolences over the death of Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

Sisi had announced public mourning in Egypt for three days after the death of the emir.
