KUWAIT CITY, July 22 (MENA) - Kuwait's Directorate of Civil Aviation said Wednesday that 1,060 stranded Egyptians in the Gulf country flew home on board seven flights.

In a statement received by MENA office in Kuwait, the directorate said that two flights carrying 335 Egyptian nationals left for Cairo and two other flights with 290 Egyptians on board left for Sohag.

Two more flights carried 290 passengers to Assiut and one flight ferried 145 others to Alexandria.
