CAIRO, June 24 (MENA) - Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said Wednesday the state is concerned with developing the Red Sea resort city of Sharm El Sheikh which has become one of the key world tourist destinations.

It is necessary to continue with efforts to establish new projects and develop its facilities to maintain its world-class status, the premier said during a cabinet meeting held through video conference to review projects of priority within the Sharm El Sheikh development vision.

Sharm El Sheikh has become one of four most beautiful cities in the world, South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda said, referring to its potentials.

He reviewed, during the meeting, the development vision to turn Sharm El Sheikh into a green city and an international entertainment and tourism hub.
