CAIRO – 4 June 2020: Governor of Giza, Major General Ahmed Rashid, announced distributing 1,093 bags of medicine for minor and moderate cases of coronavirus, or those in contact with them.

The bags were distributed free of charge through 201 health centers and units, in addition to eight medical convoy vehicles and 14 mobile family planning clinics.

Rashid explained that all teams began to spread the bags in Giza's villages and districts since last week, providing the necessary medicine and preventive supplies in a suitcase for each person.

The governor directed heads of neighborhoods, centers, and cities to carry out periodic disinfection and sterilization at post offices and places designated for the disbursement of pensions.
