GENEVA, April 21 (MENA) - The World Health Organization (WHO) announced on Tuesday that a source for the novel coronavirus can not be identified so far.

WHO Regional Director for Western Pacific Takeshi Kasai said at a press conference via internet that researchers could not so far reach an outcome regarding the source of the virus causing Covid-19 disease, according to Sky News channel.

He added that evidence available now shows
that the origin of the virus could be an animal.
