HURGHADA, Egypt, April 18 (MENA) - Marsa Alam International Airport has received a plane coming from Toronto airport carrying 216 Egyptian nationals who were stranded in Canada.

Quarantine teams of the Red Sea Health Directorate received the passengers to conduct medical check ups before taking them to their residence in a Marsa Alam hotel to spend the quarantine period, according to Health Ministry Undersecretary in Red Sea Tamer Marie.

A trained medical staff follows up the health condition of Egyptians coming from Canada on daily bases and monitors the sanitation and disinfection activities carried out in the hotel throughout the day, Marie added.
