Egyptian presidency posts video on women's accomplishments

CAIRO, March 8 (MENA) - The Egyptian presidency published on its official page on Facebook a video clip containing extracts of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's speeches in which he praised the leading role of women and their accomplishments.

The video comes on the occasion of the International Women's Day that falls today.

Sisi paid tribute to great Egyptian women, saying they are makers of happiness.

He added that the development of any nation is closely linked to the awareness of the women's effective contribution to societies.

The video included honorable examples of Egyptian women and girls who made major accomplishments in different domains
