PM follows up on dealing with medical complaints, appeals

CAIRO, Feb 2 (MENA) - Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly was briefed on the handling of medical cases, which have been reported in January, by the Unified Government Complaints System.

According to a report submitted by Director of the government complaints system Tarek el Refaei, up to 5,190 medical-related complaints and appeals have been received, examined and directed to authorities concerned throughout the past month.

The premier asserted the necessity of swift action with medical cases alongside maintaining coordination with various bodies to guarantee providing the medical service to complainers at public hospitals.

He thanked all bodies that eagerly cooperate in offering services to complainers.
