6th of October victory image for solidarity between people, Armed Forces

CAIRO, Oct 6 (MENA) - Head of a reconnaissance brigade in 6th of October war Chief-of-staff Nagi Shohoud said that the 6th of October victory is an honorable image of solidarity between the people and the Armed Forces.

Shohoud said that Egypt had refused any peaceful solutions until it restored all of its territories via war.

Shohoud warned against the continuous attempts to change the identity of Sinai, adding that terrorism is only a means to divide the region.

He reiterated the necessity of new and varied armament, asserting the importance of reviving the role of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI).
