Roads Authority: development of Gamasa-Mansoura road to be completed next May

CAIRO - 12 August 2019: The Roads and Bridges Authority (RTA) confirmed on Monday that the project of upgrading the efficiency and expansion of Gamasa-Mansoura road with a length of 50 km will be completed in May 2020 at a cost of LE 1.05 billion.

According to a statement issued by the Authority on Monday, the road is currently constructed by state-owned Nile Company for the Construction of Roads, noting that the construction works began in May 2018.

The Authority said that the implementation of the road is of great importance in linking the city of Mansoura, Gamasa and the international coast road.
