CAIRO, July 4 (MENA) - The Cairo Criminal Court on Thursday postponed to August 5 the retrial of 35 defendants in dispersing the Rabaa sit-in case.

The court had sentenced 75 of leaders from the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood to death in the same case in which 739 defendants of the terrorist group are involved.

The prosecution had accused them of committing many crimes including armed assembly, restricting freedom of citizens, premeditated murder, attempted murder and blocking public transportation movement.

They are also facing charges of disrupting law and order and jeopardizing the safety of the society along with resisting public authorities and intimidating the Egyptian people.
