ABU DHABI, May 1 (MENA) - UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Mohammed Gargash stated in a tweet on Wednesday that Arab states support a transition in Sudan that balances the aspirations of the people with institutional stability.

Al Arabiya Al Hadath quoted Gargash as saying that "Totally legitimate for Arab states to support an orderly and stable transition in Sudan. One that carefully calibrates popular aspirations with institutional stability."

He added "We have experienced all-out chaos in the region and, sensibly, do not need more of it."
