Meetings of Egyptian-Omani committee kick off in Muscat

CAIRO – 18 March 2019: The preparatory meetings of the Egyptian-Omani joint committee, which will be held on Tuesday in Muscat and will be headed by the foreign ministers of the two Arab countries, kicked off Monday.

Oman News Agency reported that these meetings come in light of the brotherly relations between the Sultanate of Oman and Egypt.

The joint committee will discuss all aspects related to the development of the existing cooperation between the two brotherly countries in the economic, trade and investment fields.

A number of senior officials from the two countries representing the various relevant governmental bodies and institutions will be in attendance, the Omani news agency said on Monday.
