CAIRO, Nov 28 (MENA) - Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit Wednesday warned that the Palestinian issue is facing unprecedented threats due to the biased American stances and unjust decisions that could eliminate any opportunity of implementing the two-state solution.

Addressing a celebration held at the pan-Arab organization's premises to observe the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, Abul Gheit said this year's celebration comes at a time when the Palestinian issue is facing unparalleled threats.

He addressed a number of world nations which are considering moving their embassies to Jerusalem, such as Brazil, the Czech Republic and Australia, saying such a step violates international law and would seriously harm their image in the Arab World.

The Palestinians are the ones to decide their fate but they should first unify their ranks and end any division that harms their cause, he said.
