CAIRO, Nov 25 (MENA) - The Arab League (AL) condemned a terrorist armed attack that targeted a police station in the southeastern Libyan oasis town of Tazirbu on Saturday where 9 security members were killed and at least 20 others injured and kidnapped.

AL Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit offered condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured speedy recovery, urging the immediate unconditional release of the abductees.

Spokesman for the AL Mahmoud Afifi said that Abul Gheit asserted that the AL is totally supporting Libya in face of terrorism.

Abul Gheit urged all warring Libyan parties to set their differences aside and unify in face of terror and work together to protect and secure the Libyan borders and restore security and stability to their homeland, Afifi said.
