CAIRO – 26 May 2017: Egypt condemned the terrorist attacks, took place over the past two days against the Kenyan police forces, which claimed lives of 14 police personnel, said Egypt’s Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ahmed Abu Zaid in a statement on Thursday.

He offered the condolences for the victims’ families and the Kenyan people, affirming that Egypt is standing with Kenya against terrorism.

Eleven Kenyan police personnel were killed in road-side bomb attacks carried out by Somali-Shabaab militants on Wednesday and Thursday, Reuters reported.
