CAIRO - 26 August 2018: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi will receive on Monday in Ittihadiya presidential palace his Vietnamese counterpart Tran Dai Quang, currently visiting Egypt.

The two leaders will hold a session of talks to discuss boosting joint cooperation in various fields, especially in the domain of increasing volume of trade exchange and investments.

Sisi and Quang are scheduled to hold a joint press conference to address the media on the outcome of their talks.

Morning, Vietnam's President Tran Dao Quang witnessed on Saturday a Sound and Light show at the Karnak Temple in Luxor.

Quang, who was accompanied by Luxor Governor Mohamed Badr and Security chief Tarek Allam, hailed the greatness of the Egyptian Pharaonic civilization.

He awarded antiquities officials a portrait of Lotus, which is common in the Egyptian ancient civilization and Vietnam

The Luxor trip is part of the Vietnamese leader's four day visit to Egypt.

The Karnak Sound and Light Show highlights the dramatic history of ancient Thebes. The show narrates the achievements of some great Pharaohs, with poetic descriptions of the ancient treasures. As visitors walk through the complex of temples, pharaohs arise to tell the story of their interesting lives, as haunting music mysteriously flows through this ancient city.
