Trial of 18 defendants over Nahda sit-in violence delayed to Wednesday

CAIRO - 5 June 2018: Giza Criminal Court decided on Tuesday to delay the trial of 18 defendants over charges of participating in the armed Nahda Square sit-in camp to Wednesday, June 6.

The postponement came to continue listening to the defendants' lawyers.

All the defendants had been implicated in acts of violence, hindering means of transportation and clashing with the police, as well as combating June 30 revolution.
