CAIRO - 16 March 2018: The Supreme Media Regulatory Council has hailed the strong turnout in the presidential elections abroad.

"The queues of Egyptian voters came to prove their keenness to perform their national duty," the council said in a press release.

They also show that this turnout will continue in the remaining days of the voting, added the council, noting that its followup committee has not registered any media breaches.
A final report will be issued by the panel on Monday, the council further said.
