CAIRO - 15 February 2018: The Egyptian Foreign Ministry has expressed its condolence to the US administration over the victims of a gun attack on a high school in Florida.

The shooting, which occurred on Wednesday, has left 17 students killed and dozens more wounded.

In a statement released on Thursday, the Foreign Ministry said that the Egyptian government and people stand by the American people at this tragic time.

Those who are involved in such heinous acts that are aimed at intimidating innocent people and propagating a hostile ideology based on hatred, should be brought to justice, the statement added.
