CAIRO - 4 February 2018: About Six senior members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood will be held in custody for 15 days pending investigations into charges of plotting to disrupt the upcoming presidential elections.

They face several accusations including membership of a banned group that was established to disrupt the provisions of the constitution and laws and to prevent the state and its institutions from practicing their works.

They are also being charged by the supreme state security prosecution with possessing explosive materials in order to conduct terrorist acts.

They had been arrested by police upon information from the national security agency.
