Interior ministry ready to remove obstacles hindering journalists' performence

CAIRO - 25 December 2017: Minister of Interior Magdy Abdel Ghaffar has expressed his ministry's keenness on cooperation and partnership with all press and media outlets.

In a meeting with chairman of the Syndicate of Journalists Abdel Mohsen Salama Monday, the minister said the ministry is also ready to eliminate all obstacles hindering the performance of journalists due to the importance of their message in supporting national issues and revealing facts to the public opinion.

For his part, Salama appreciated the sacrifices offered by policemen for the security and stability of the homeland and praised cooperation between the ministry and syndicate to achieve the interests of stability of the homeland.
