Saudi writer Fahid reveals KSA message to Sisi

CAIRO – 13 March 2017: Saudi Arabian writer Khaled Fahid tweeted a message to Egypt’s President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi on Sunday, telling the Egyptian president, “Don’t ask or wait for Khaliji (Arab Gulf) support while you are part of the Russian-Iranian axis supporting Syrian President Bashar Al-Asad.”

Egyptian-Saudi relations have suffered lately due to disagreements over how to respond to the crisis in Syria and Egyptian support for Asad’s regime, in cooperation with Russia and Iran, while Saudi Arabia and other Arab Gulf countries stand against Asad.
