CAIRO – 30 November 2017: Teacher temporarily suspended after allowing students to simulate the Al-Rawdah Mosque terrorist attack in Arish city on Friday, November 24, announced Fadel Mohamed, Director of the Private Education Directorate in Beni Suef Governorate on Saturday.

Aya Rabee Abdel Hamid, the Kindergarten teacher in a school South of Beni Suef named Al-Shaheed Yahya al-Adgham (Martyr Yahya al-Adgham) Preparatory School, was accused of negatively affecting students’ mental health at a young and vulnerable age, after she allowed them to embody the shocking attack.

On Tuesday, several photos for children dressing like Al-Rawdah mosque victims and armed group members went viral on social media. The photos raised a lot of controversial feedback. Those who commented demanded an investigation of the school’s administration.
