WYF's session calls for organizing usage of social media

SHARM EL SHEIKH, Egypt - 7 November 2017: Participants in the session entitled ‘Dialogue Among Generations’ held on the sidelines of the World Youth Forum (WYF) affirmed the importance of organizing the usage of technology, especially with regard to social media websites.

The social media websites, they said, are having a negative impact on human communication in society and inside the family as well.

During the session held Tuesday, the participants also asserted the necessity of encouraging the youth and giving them the opportunity to express themselves in the practical field and at home.

They also called for not forming negative early impressions about youth and for removing all obstacles facing them in order to help them achieve their hopes.
