CAIRO – 25 September 2017: Eman Abdul Atti, who is known in the media as the “World’s heaviest women,” died early Monday at an Abu Dhabi hospital due to complications from heart disease and kidney dysfunction, according to the executive manager of the hospital Yassin el-Shahat.
Eman, an Egyptian national, was under the supervision of a medical team consisting of 20 doctors. She arrived in Abu Dhabi in April to undergo weight loss surgeries.
The doctors said they had helped her reduce her weight to 100kg from 500kg, according to Gulf News.
