CAIRO – 3 September 2017: The head manager of El Zohor Club decides to welcome and greet the Egyptian swimmer and El Zohor Club player for the disabled team, Mohamed El Hosseiny tomorrow at Cairo International Airport.

The Egyptian swimmer will arrive on Monday from London with his private coach and his family.

It is known that the general consular in the United Kingdom honored El Housseiny and his captain Khaled Shalaby after his attempt to cross the Sea Anchor.

El Hosseiny tried to cross the sea of anchor between London and France by swimming approximately 16 kilometers in 7 hours continuously.

The Egyptian swimmer accessed highly opposed waves during his attempt to cross the Anchor and he spent an hour swimming without breaks until his arms and legs cramped due to the low temperature and his captain decided to take him out.

El Hosseiny has participated in many national and international championships such as the World Championship in Florence, Italy 2016 and three international championships in Hurghada.
