CAIRO - 9 June 2026: The entry of humanitarian aid and fuel trucks into the Gaza Strip resumed on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, through the Karem Abu Salem Crossing after a one-day suspension caused by Israel's closure of border crossings.

The 210th humanitarian and relief aid convoy departed from the Rafah Border Crossing and headed toward the Kerem Abu Salem Crossing, located at the southeastern edge of the Gaza Strip, according to sources in North Sinai governorate.

For its part, the Egyptian Red Crescent in North Sinai said that the aid trucks entering Gaza as part of the "Zad Al-Ezza ... From Egypt to Gaza" convoy are carrying a range of humanitarian and relief supplies, including meat, food baskets, flour, medical supplies, relief materials, petroleum products, and fuel.

The organization added that since the outbreak of the war in Gaza, nearly 50,000 trucks carrying more than 995,000 tons of humanitarian and relief assistance have entered the enclave, in addition to ambulances and fuel trucks.
