Number of PIJ senior members killed in Israeli air strikes on Gaza Strip: Sky News

CAIRO - 9 May 2023: Sky News reported that the Israeli airstrikes that hit beseiged Gaza Strip early Tuesday have killed a number of senior members in the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement.

The strikes left so far around 12 Palestinians killed, including children and women, in addition to 20 others wounded.

 

The final number of casualties has not yet been confirmed by the Palestinian Ministry of Health amid fears that many victims could be buried under the rubble as rescue operations are underway, said WAFA.
